Namibia is a true desert. Blazing hot during the day and nice and cool at night. We got to stay on the Orange river our first night in Namibia and it was absolutely beautiful. The water was perfect tempurature as well. Climbing up Dune 45 was one of the highlights so far. The sand is so fine it gets in everything and we were covered from head to toe! Swakopmund is an adventure city and it was disappointing that the one day we got to spend there you only had time to do one activity since they all ran in the morning before it gets to hot. We went quad biking and sandboarding over the dunes and it was tones of fun but again we got covered in sand. I'm still finding sand in my shoe. Etosha ia a beautiful park but we didn't much wildlife because it's the "rainy" season and the animals don't hang around the water holes. Now our Namibia experience is over and we're heading into Botswana to see the Okavango Delta. Should be awsome and they we go up to Victoria Falls!
