Really really enjoying the blogs guys. Google earthed some of the area you are travelling through looks spectacular. Reminds me of tongariro crossing on a massive scale. Can't wait to hear about the next leg. :)

Great first up blog Gemma, don't sweat the photo's, you paint a fairly good picture anyway. Cunning move that buying Aspi a nice local pair of shoes as birthday present. They will only be slightly worn by the time she gets them. Jayne is now joining us for all 4 nights at Greymouth. Trip adviser warned of bed bugs at Recoleta but that was in 2008 so may be better now. Enjoy the bus ride.

Spotted a Milhouse hostel backpackers (Hipolito Yrigoyen street)on G earth so guess that must be where your at. That looks like one massive 8 lane boulevard just to your west. Hope your having fun. We note that the population of B A has recently increased by 3 to 13 Million.
