hello all! WE ARE IN AUSTRALIA!!!! here's our first blog you lucky things! and we already have so much to tell you. flights went very well, no where near as bad as we had anticipated. our stop-off was in hong kong not singapore so a litTle suprise there! the food was yummy (john loved it the fat git!) and we watched lots of films. some little s*** was kicking my (TORS) chair but apart from that we were all rather relaxed and excited (also smelly!)

we managed to find a bus service from the airport into melboure city very easily and walked for about 10 minutes to find the hostel. however, the smoothness of our journey stopped there as we were told that there was no booking under our name! we left the reception guy and got a beer in the next door hippy bar! luckily, the nice man found us a room for 3 (upgrade from a 12 person dorm!) and we had a great nights sleep after a refreshing shower and stroll through the city at 1 in the morning. its so big and aesthetically pleasing (check out our big words!) got up this morning, none of us feeling too tired and headed out for some food and a phone. booked onto the next bus to sydney for tuesday so have a week to fill here in melbourne, and are later today booking trips to both philip island and great ocean road , and neighbours if i get my way!!! (sam secretly wants to go i can tell!)

so thats the news so far, we are having a wicked time, and being safe so dont panic. hope skanky england is fun for you all! we are off now to see more of the city and find the baths at st kilda. we shall blog soon, love from sam tors and john! xxxxxx
