We left lake Louise at 2.00pm and visited a few places-more lakes, waterfalls and trees on our way to Banff. We are staying at the Rimrock at Banff and it is a beautiful place. Not so many people and it has a decent menu.

Toured around Jasper today. Saw more lakes, lots of trees, it is very beautiful here but the rooms at the lodge are not air conditioned and the get very hot.

Today we boarded the Rocky Mountaineer. It is lovely. There is that much food I think I am going to bust! The view is incredible. Arrived in Kamloops this afternoon just as the police were chasing a black bear just near the railway station. We are staying in a lovely hotel way up the mountain. It is a very big place.
