Hey, Suzanne - how's it going?
First things first - it was the draw for the FA Cup Third Round yesterday - and guess what, it's Sunderland v Palace at the Stadium of Light next month. Methinks it's time for our boys to get their revenge on your lot for your lucky win in May!!!!!!!!
Anyway, Andrew arrived safely at Heathrow yesterday and I met him for lunch before he went back to collect his wife! They must be the first newly-weds to arrive back from honeymoon on SEPARATE flights!!!!
And I enjoyed reading Richard's messages - he's dead right, it was Air France's cock-up in Rio last week!
Hope all is well, Suzanne - speak soon.

In Santiago now...it`s lovely here but I stick out like a sore thumb....gonna get up to date on my postcards now. Doesn`t look like I`ll be able to do the photos til I get to Oz. Bye for now xxxx

heh heh heh, that candle joke was so good mum, i'm glad we had it twice. needed it to dampen the pain of losing to a last-kick goal (where did those extra seconds come from? i thought the extra-time board said 2mins not 3?) & AJ having a penaty (that's in Alby pronunciation) saved by a goalie who was well off his line when it was kicked...&...&...hmmm, i hear straws being clutched at... boo-hoo... hope santiago (doesn't he play for chelsea?) is good. more nonsense later. WOOF! j.xxxxxxxxxxxx

Just a quick note to let you all know that I´ve extended my stay in Rio by a couple of days. I´ll be leaving here on Saturday for Santiago for 3 days then it´s off to Tahiti for 3 days.
Richard
Ah so its spelt suzanne i thought it was just pronounced that way, heh.
hey it wasn't my fault the planes screwed up, it was that young lass in Rio who didnt know what she was doing, she even got confused and wandered off and came back after she went to get some help, and she still screwed it up. Colin will back me up! Anyway i'll stop wiggling for excuses :) You have fun lazing about in the sun while I start my 12hr shift job tommorow :(
Suzie
Oh my god Richard, you really are as useless as your mum makes out!!!
p.s. It´s Suzanne.....NOT Susan!!!!!!!!!
Richard
Luggage, I spelt that wrong every time! anyway about your pic problem. Do any of the cafe's have Photoshop or paintshop installed? As you could put your images in there then reduce the quality and/or resolution, that way you can upload them much quicker, as for web use high res images arnt needed so much. Not that that solves getting the images on the PC in the first place.
Richard
hi Susan,
I got home! it took 28hrs! Air France goosed up!!! When me and Colin were boarding the plane from Paris he went through but I was stopped and told, wrong flight and to go away. Didnt really get chance to sort anything with Colin as he was rushed along to get on the plane. So there I was on me bill stranded and surrounded by french people without a clue :)
Anyhow, I got the next plane to Heathrow after an hour at transfers desk and the x-ray que thing. I got to heathrow 2hrs later and Andrew's luggae was no where in sight so I figured Colin must of taken it, but I filled in a lost luggae form anyhow just in case he didn't. Then coming out of that section Colin actually hung around at Heathrow which was really good of him, and he goes 'wheres Andrews luggae' and i'm like 'errr so you didnt get it?' So anyway by this time my Heathrow to teesside flight had left well over an hour ago so I managed to get a transfer flight, which meant a further sitting on me bill 3hr waite till boarding (which i almost missed as the ticket lied it wasnt gate 8 it was 7). Then that plane got held up on the runway due to a plane stuck on it or something. So anyway I got home around 6.30pm instead of the expected time of 12 lunch time :(
Remember at breakfast when we were looking at the flight tickets and it was put forward 3hrs, well the conencting flight should of been changed to the one 3hrs after too, Colins had, but mine hadn't! AIR FRANCE, USELESS!!! (just like me :)
So now i gotta hope for Andrew sake that the luggae shows up and gets delivered here, i'll contact them to keep up on the progress, i think what happened they might have put it on my transfered flight and i didnt give it time to come through as i was expecting it to be on the flgith colin was on, either that or its lost in Rio or Paris!
Ah well, things are never straight forward! Have fun!

fish are all right baby. one of them"AJ"likes to rest on the bottom at night: i think he gets tired fins. "Dowie" however doesn't stop.... they're getting good at their tricks: i've got them doing backwards synchronized swimming; synchronized jumping out of the top for food; & "piranha"...
i'm liking your postcards: they remind me of when i was in brazil dontchaknow [leans back, waves right hand in ultra flouncy manner]. the coconuts, the bits of tea-bag tied together with string masquerading as bikinis, the caipirinhas, the capoeira...hmmmm.
more later...love you lots j.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
