Hi
I am going to talk about The Gumbo Shop in New Orleans Louisiana in the French quarter, there are lots of things there like people playing jazz at restaurants , pizza places , bars , shops , casinos/hotels and Saints Fans. I thought their food was really good . My favorite part was their bread pudding for dessert. It tasted like breadish pudding with cinnamon roll icing with a hint of whiskey and a little raisin and some other fruit. It was the best pudding I ever had ever and probably the best bread pudding I ever will have. It's basically just a liquidy cinnamon roll with a hint of whiskey. We sat outside next to a heater and it was really nice. It wasn’t the best staff but it was pretty good. They didn’t do anything wrong but what they did do right they didn’t do it fast enough. I had a roast beef po boy. It did not taste like roast beef. It tasted like the Philadelphia Phillies that I wrote about. My dad liked it he clearly has no sense of taste. Maybe my dad has a little taste because he got some good things like seafood gumbo and chicken with rich gravy sauce which I didn’t really like, but I liked the chicken part. I highly recommend that you go there, but I still think Round Rock Doughnuts are better.
