Hey everyone. Am still in expensive London!!! I leave tomorrow though, heading south to start work. Have been hanging out with James and Amanda, having Edam cheese (I bought cheese from Edam!) picnics in Hyde Park and Russel Square. Went to Trafalgar Square as well. Not too bad hey?! London is a great city with loads to see and do. It's not like the cities back home because it doesn't have high rise buildings, and it's more spread out and doesn't seem anywhere near as busy as I though it would be! But maybe that's because everyone gets around on the tube, so there's not as many cars and everyone is underground so you don't see them! It would be a fantastic place to live if only it wasn't so expensive. I'm looking forward to seeing a bit of the country tomorrow.
My last day in Wimbledon also happened to be the opening day of the tennis, so I managed to see some great tennis. We got ground tickets so we had access to all the courts except the main two. Got to see Safin, Dubois and...someone else who you probably would know but I can't remember who it was...I seriously suck at the name-game!!! (Mum can you remember who I said I saw?! I remember telling you! Was it Guccione?). Saw heaps of others too and watched Hewitt on the big screen.
I've booked a tour for Africa as well Will go with some Aussie friends on my way back over here in October. Pretty excited about that.
That's about all for now. My internet access may be a bit limited while I'm working but I'll keep you all updated when I can.
