The train is running on time so we have boarded we have nice big seats with lots of leg room., with a foot stool and leg rest that are very good for resting tired legs...there is also a viewing car , it has tables we are hoping to get one so we can have a game of Skipbo. The journey is 8hours long so we get in to Denver at 6-7 o'clock .
We have been to the dining car with waiter service and had a nice lunch, I had Clam chowder and salad ( delicious ) and Doris had fried breast chicken and mash , both followed by cheese cake, and of course a little alcohol .
