Hi,Prague is a beautiful city...not much to do on the site front (other than museums...negative!!) but its one of those cities that you just walk around and get lost...which we did. Myself and Richo actually arrived at 8.00am and obviously we were intoxicated at the time of leaving we didn't think to get an address or phone number of the hostel!! So had to wait for a couple of hours until information offices opened...so it took nearly 4 hours by the time we arrived in Prague to the time we got in our hostel room!! In the rain too i might add!!
oh yeah, managed to find the 5 story night club (without a hitch) which would be insane on a weekend but on a Sunday night I think it was blokes night (bad luck Jarrod and Richo!!) but still managed to have a few quiet beverages!! We also managed to head out to Kutna Hora for a day trip which is a town 1 hour from Prague and is famous for having the Church of Bones (and ridiculously cheap beer 1 pint for $1). This is basically a church that is located on a cemetery that was originally used for the rich and famous, but when the plague came they started to run out of space so they came up with the idea of decorating the inside of the church with human bones. I must say that it was pretty creepy looking at a chandelier made of human bones and skulls and the remains of up to 10,000 people….. very weird but interesting.
