Bangkok, Thailand
When I arrived here in bangkok I didn't expect it to be so busy! There doesn't seem to be any drive edicate and anything goes, for example 5 lanes and 7 rows of traffic. They use every space on the road. We haven't had much time to relax as we've (Law and I) have spent our time trying to do as much as poss. The other day we spent the day at Khanchanaburi made famous by the construction of the River Kwai Bridge where the allied pow's were put to work on the death railway, many perishing to complete this engineering project in a record time for it only to be bombed by their own airforce. These trips are rushed as we had so many places to visit in one day. our next stop was for lunch on a floating diner and then off to ride some elephants and ride a bamboo raft for a short stint of the river to where we then travelled a short distance to an amasing waterfall with a lovey blue lagoon. And if that wasn't enough for one day we then drove to Tiger Temple which was a bit of a dissapointment but I did get to stroke a tiger and live to tell the tale!
