Viv! Sorry I have been incommunicado for so long, but first I went off to Fiji with Miss James for 10 days, and then I had to recover from the holiday for about 20 days after that. Fiji was interesting. I looked like an islander after the third day as it was so hot and all there is to do (in our budget) is sunbath or go snorkeling - we found so many Nemo's. Helen and I also found that we weren't cut out to 'rough it'. 5* all the way next time! Looking forward to seeing you soon - let me know when you're due to arrive. We've got a lot of concerts lined up over the next couple of months, so if you're here for some of them, I'll see if there any tickets left so you can come with. We're going to see Wolfmother again, Augie March, The Presets And Ben Folds who is playing with the WA Symphony Orchesra - should be interesting! Talk soon and take care L x

Hey Viv, how's it going? It's been uber stressful at work the past couple of weeks - I actually had a dream in the week that you were back and I asked you for help and you said "don't worry Paul, everything will be alright" and I felt so relieved, and then I woke up and realised it was all a dream and nearly had a little cry to myself. Thought I'd let you know!! Anyway, I'm off to the Isle of Wight festival in three weeks for some Coldplay, Prodigy and Foos plus loads of great new bands. What sort of stuff are you listening to at the mo? Heist have got a new keys player and female vocalist - we're recording next month then hopefully back on the London gig circuit by July, I'll send you our myspace link when we have posted the new tracks up. Sorry I've been crap at being in touch. When I got back from Oz I hit the depths of darkness and depression and couldn't bring myself to look at your site - might have just tipped me over the edge. Still at work - graduate season is about too kick off so I'm holding on to my hat - tightly!

ive just back from the galapogos island s which were totally amazing !! loads of animals totally amazing weather and loads of fun with my 3 girl friends !! of f to the jungle for 4 days .......scarey !! will write more when i get a chance

Hi in the cook islands, Friday night and we are home cos I'm tired Bruce is stuffed and we both needed a drink.... Last weekend found us up the mountain with a saw and hammer. the Fry's hut needed some repairs and Bruce put up his hand a great weekend but then it was off to search for a hut.... down into the depths of a valley we walked and there it was on the first seach photos and back up the mountain!!!! 10 mins down 30 mins up but as i always say I like it when we get there I just don't like the roads and the steep climbs. June spent some time at the Cook Is and said she would love to go back so enjoy lots of love chris and bruce....

Hellishen cold here in Melb. Went to Adelaide and caught up with Jenny and Darcy, behaved, shes no fun now I need you home, had time with family and the weather was great, anything warmer than here at the moment. Tomorrow Bruce and I am going to Fry's Hut to do some repairs a wombat made to one of the walls. Little b***** burrowed under one end and now some resturation is needed. Camping in this weather is an experience. but with warm jarmers and a good bed sould be OK we have 4 days off so we are going to look for some more huts and hopefully see some snow......your travel logs are great and we sit down often and come travelling with you. It is only 4 weeks till I go to China and Hong Kong and some warm weather. love and best wishes

Hi Viv, your travels look fantastic and you seem to be having a whale of a time. Lanzarote was great, but I for one have got out of the habit of drinking with the boys, sending you our love, think the boys are all lost without you!! :) who will they have to talk about the bands, albums etc. Carry on having fun and your pics are great. I just enjoyed your pic. I arrived back home in Austria in the middle of march and can not get used to the cold wheater. I also saw your fraser island photos. We had a cyclon when i was there-it was awful and the group was very boring-now Tequila nights or box- and spoongames.Looking forward to catching up with Gloria the next weeks
I hope you enjoy yourself. I still miss Oz (most of all gorgous WA-my favourite place in Oz)

hello viv glad to see you are having a good time.The travelling bug still bites deep i have decided to do a 4wd trip across the simpson desert in late july ,early august so may catch up in Adelaide if dates suit.By the sound of things you will need to go into detox when you finaly get home if your liver survives,have lots of fun
