We were up early and planned to fuel up at Carnarvon. The landscape was pleasant enough and as we got closer to Carnarvon we had lots and lots of banana plantations to look at too. Geraldton was our next major town and another fuel up. From here we stopped in at Dongara to collect a few supplies with the intention of spend our last two day…

Steve Hampton Hi there Enjoy Curtin Springs was a free camp on the RHS as you drive in to Uluru, showers were $1.00 good food and beer too. Must see Kings Canyon bit of a walk (5-6 km) but worth it make sure you have a least 2 litres of water each. Must stay for the sunset at the rock amazing photo time and a couple of drinks with nibbles get there early for a good spot. Look at it this way, life is tough and someone's got to do it may as well be Glenn & Virginia. Cheers, Hampy
