Today was very interesting but fun. I woke up this morning and I thought to myself about what I was going to do today, I thought what I might do today, so I decide to take a stroll around town and buy a few things and what I should see. I got a bite to eat at Mimi's Bakehouse, and it was a pastry filled with blueberry filling and for a drink I got some coffee. After I ate I headed downtown to see if anyone had any souvenirs that I could buy. They were mostly flags and such but I wanted something that could make me never forget Scotland. I decided to something I will now always never forget what I did. I walked into an outfitters, and even though I am a girl I decide to wear the whole outfit from a kilt. Yes, it was insane so I decided to do it. I bought a very colorful one it was blue. I had a black coat and a berret with a red bon on top. I also had some black shoes with high green socks, and a red bow. I thought I looked festiv enough. Oh and to add to that I decided to wear a blowup bapipe! Everyone stared at me and I walked downtown even farther. I heard some fun bagpipe music and I walked downtown really fast. As I turned a corner I saw a traditional Scottish Music Festival! It was cool as I walked around a bit some men talking nearby were saying that they were missing their head man for thheir bagpipe band. Then they saw me and said "There you are me boy, cheerio yer here thought you'd gone and ditch us fer ser." They put a real, big, and heavy bagpipe in my hands and dragged me up tent steps by my hair! He took me to the center of the tent where it was very badly made into a stage. Then the men said play yer bagpipes. I have played french horn in my youth and playig the bagpipes would be kind of easy. I tried playing a note and it was sort of easy to play so I made up a tune and the other men played along with me! When I finished the audience clapped and clapped! I was so happy. Then the same man brought me downstairs again and said "Laddy how did yee learn how ter play like that?" I took off my hat and I spilled the whhole story to them. The men were surprised and they asked me to play again. I said okay and we went up on stage again and I played another tune and we did that until about 6:00 in the evening. After I played a bit I left and looked at all the other music activities at the festival. I purchased an art peace of the scottish sunset by an artist. I left for dinner and ate at a fastfood place with a doner kebab which are so delicious! I headed back to my hotel where I saw the men with the bagpipes I played with, the man who seemed like the head of all of them asked me if I wanted to play again tomorrow, at their festival again, and I said yes. I am so tired right now, so I am going to go to bed.G'night!
