So I arrived here on Wednesday the 30th of July, which is funny because I left Seattle on Monday. I completely skipped over a day on the plane. Speaking of which the plane ride from LAX to Sydney was 13 hours and 58 minutes (they don't say 14 hours because i guess the taking off the two minutes will make us feel better). Anywho, I will never complain about my plane ride from east to west coast ever again. The people here are soo very nice, its a bit off putting and takes some getting used to. People here also stare at me, I asked the head of acting if it was because i am beautiful or because i'm brown. He said that its because they see a lot of africans here and i look slightly different so they don't know how to take it. Oh, yea, there are NO African Americans here, NONE. so i am going to do a lecture on African American theatre at my school, it should be exciting. On my list of agenda is setting up internet in my house, getting the mold removed from my room (yea, long story) finding out how to eat down here... the food is HELLA expensive, and try to get on their time schedule. I am a day ahead of the states and it is night time for me in your day time. Don't try and call me asking for winning lottery numbers because it doesn't work that way. Well i am running out of things to talk about, plus i am hungery. I miss all of you already, i'm a bit lonely, but i'll deal... it's only three months and a once in a lifetime oppurtunity.
