Dolphin Discovery!
We went on the dolphin eco-cruise from the Dolphin Discovery Centre this morning - it was amazing! We saw about five different pods of dolphins, and one of them had more than ten dolphins in it, including mother and babies. It was great to see so many so close in the wild, and it started raining as soon as we got off the boat, so we were really lucky. From the dolphin centre we drove to Busselton, but it was pouring with rain when we got there, and we sat and had a hot chocolate and potato wedges until it died down. When it finally did we walked along the 2km jetty, which looked like it might fall away in places and scarily had no safety rail on one side! My flip flop broke on the way back so I had to walk bare foot in the rain, and Ben had to carry me across the car park - I wasn't very happy as I only bought them a month ago! We stopped at a shop on the way back and I shuffled in, wearing shoes we'd found in Auntie Margaret's car that were really big for me, to buy a new pair. In the evening we sat by the pool and had a BBQ as it had stopped raining.
