We finally made it to Queenstown, but before then we did some other activities in Milford Sound. As it really is a fiord, and it is quite scenic, but from the water, we decided to go on a cruise. Then we travelled from Dunedin, through the catlins, down to Invercargill, where we stayed one night before going over with the ferry to Stewart Island. In the Caitlins we did several small walks which was very nice as it was a warm and sunny day. After saying goodbye to everyone that was left in Furneaux Lodge, it was finally time for me to me to continue my journey. The first stop was Christchurch, where I met up with Annica and our car. Now we have travelled from Hamilton, where I last wrote.
