After all, we do have Crofton Roman villa in a shed next to the station!It's been quite a shock to the system returning to deepest winter from glorious springtime! …

At this stage we're still packing our suitcases, but hope to be able to share something of our special trip with family and friends. It will be quite strange travelling from Autumn into Spring. We can't wait!

Tina Is this where they filmed the wonderful 'canoes in the gorge' scene at the end of Lord of the Rings 1, when they go through the Gate of the kings and they send Borromir's body over the waterfall? It looks just as mystical and awesome.

Tina Great to see so much already! Can't believe what you've already done. Wonderful photos, keep it up. Alice met up with Lucy in Leeds last week. David's coming home this weekend, and Emily's coming over the following weekend. My travels this week are to Birmingham, Shrewsbury and Lincoln (that's a new one anyway, my first East Midlands meeting and it's in the far east!) Love Tina
