Trip to the Mossman Gorge today, part of the protected and crazily beautiful Daintree Rainforest. It didn't rain - thankfully - but the humidity was practically 100% anyway, so by the end of our 3km walk we were both thoroughly soaked...lovely! This part of the rainforest is managed by the local indigenous people, the Kuku Yalanji, and the paths are well-maintained and the lookouts spectacular. We've had a great time here in Far North Queensland; tomorrow we move on to NZ. Hopefully we'll get better internet connection there!
