Kate Shame they didn't take you to the jazz section....I used to be fabulous, I understand. Like NYC, Chicago is a nice place to visit....but I'm glad I don't live there. You should try walking in vicinity of Lake in winter!...blow you off your feet! So, how come you didn't watch cheese being made? It's actually fairly interesting. Chocolate Fondue is better, though. Loved Northern Wisconsin when we went there with the girls a couple of times to Suzuki Institutes for a week, then meandering back. Once we took train from Paoli to Chicago, then drove to...Madison? and the lake country from there. Another time we took Michigan Peninsula and Fort Mackinok(?)--Lord am I tired--down to Interlaken and sand dunes.

Kate Only got as far a end of first paragraph so far...now, honestly, wouldn't you rather be gazing up at Micherlangelo's David in Florence than at the Jolly Green? Re teeth in 1880: I actually know a woman alive here who started having problems with her gums and had to have aome teeth pulled. Then a repeat. And another ... until she decided it was easier just to get it all over with and pull them all at once. The kicker is that her gums went bad because she smoked too much! The robot thing would freak me out...and probably make me scream....because I REALLY HATE TO HAVE ROBOTS ANSWER PHONES WHEN I CALL A BUSINESS! It is so dehumanizing to be told that I and/or my business is not even worth the cost of a live operator. And worse, in the long run, the business can't possibly really save time/money....and I WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME REPEATING EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIMES.... (There is a connection between those thoughts.) Loved the artist and the second 1880's adventure ...wouldn't it be great if we could do it over/again everytime something didn't turn out right? (Well, how about something important?) So, did you think to take your weather stuff with you into the Badland valley? Weather changes real fast, don't it? Looking for the pictures. I wasn't really impressed with Rushmore either. Unfortunately, Crazy Horse didn't exist then...at least, not as a statue.
re: Gillette, WyomingKate So what happened to all my other comments that I didn't push the button for? Was the coffee on special?
