So I decided to do a blog of my travels...how pretentious does that sound! I feel such a plonker for doing this but hey oh nothing new there.
So far all I've all done is check in, strip for strangers to pat me down, scanned, answered questions like have you been near life stock (I had to answer no but it was a close thing with some of my fellow passengers) and try to not look like a person of interest when hitting security..
Notes on Copenhagen
Undistinguished house music pumping, ultra modern (you know like Ikea but less comfortable) and a four hour wait...
I got the distinct impression that unlike most foreign countries the Danes don't appreciate you attempting to speak their language when ordering my building supplies ..I mean sandwich.
The Swiss may have their army knife but the Danes have their all purpose bread, can be used to defend ones self against attack, house extensions and for the Eco-gangster Eco friendly swimming with the fishes alternative.
Notes for travel to USA
You will be stuck in a tin can with muppets for eight hours...make sure you bring patience, tolerance and your death stare...failing that alcohol and sea legs work wonders :)
Don't try to be talkative to security they tend to not know how to deal with it
Don't try and pass your hand through the holographic welcoming hostess, they frown on this........really frown and make a strong point of letting you know they are not happy
Taxi's don't expect them to know where things are or how to use their own sat nav
Do talk to people, I've been adopted twice in 24 hours :)
No pictures to upload yet as security REALLY frown on this!
