Yup, it's absolutely true - 8 days and no Mr. Ciggie! I am using nicotine patches to help, but, having got this far I am not intending to start all over again! I've been puffing away my life for 43 years so it's about time to start looking after my health (and you lot) a bit better.
I am working at the Southampton Boat Show for the next 10 days - the stand is non smoking so I won't have folk blowing smoke all over me which will be very helpful!
Hope you are feeling a bit better and, look forward to hearing from you again when you get to LA.

Not feeling better but oh well... staying outa the sun and drinking lots of water. Dad I cannot believe you have quit smoking - I'd be ecstatic for you but (Sod's Law) I bought you a Fijian ashtray!! Maybe you can use it for something else though... How long has it been since Mr Ciggie was last lit? Keep it up - it will indeed be worth it!
Went to Pearl Harbour today - will write about it on website soon and put some piccies up. Just about to put ones of baby Elizabeth on here.

Weather here is OK (about 21 degrees) same as SF .
The pratt at the back is still trying to blow his trumpet / play his de-tuned guitar as I write this (loudly at times), but, I can blow mine even better as I have, after 43 years, quit smoking! (It's not a joke) - and, it's very hard indeed but I hope it's worthwhile?

How are you my little lovely?? Just a quickie to tell you about something wholly exciting - or not. Hannah W actually told the truth about being in a film - I managed to rent it from Tesco DVD. Its the most crap thing I've seen in my life and all she does is say dumb things like "huh".

Oh, and have lots of sex and get her boobs out lots. No surprises there then!

Anyhow, just thought i'd tell u cos I needed to tell someone and no one else knows what the hell im on about!!

Off to Dublin in about half an hour, not as exciting as Fiji but hey ho!!
