Troy's Travels
...the National History Museum! Yes! I know, very un-Troy. But, it was the amazing architecture I was most keen to take a look at on the inside! (Pretty ugly on the outside, I must say).
Verdict: Hientz Hall and scram! Didn't take too long for me to remember why I don't do Museums! Rocks, stuffed animals, bones n dust...dust!
Noted while looking at a huge tree (that had been felled to show) was that in 1891 70% of the planet was Natural forest and environmentally sound. This is currently at 40%!
Something in that for us all, don't you think! And looking around this crowded place I can certainly see why!
...by the way, the Science and Victoria & Albert Museums are next door: pass! pass!
