Seriously recommend taking your documents down from the "theilluminated" site. At least put them in a password protected zip file if you need to access them remotely.

Hello honey,
Okay so maybe I only just discovered this message board... (I'm sorry that you have a computer illiterate girlfriend ;-) ) I hope you are okay and try not to get hit by any more buses! Don't forget to do as much historical stuff as you can- I can't wait to hear all about it! :-) Love you loads, Jo xxxxx

Hi Peter
What an adventure and what a great way of being able to share it with family and friends (and stopping your Mum and Dad from worrying too much). We made sure that Keith too read your journal when he popped round. Looking forward to reading more.

Yes Sienna, or to give her her Native Indian name 'Little Big Hair' is gaining weight well. In fact she seems to feed for most of the day! Ah what a life, eat, sleep, eat some more, sleep some more, etc etc!
She does think her Uncle Peter should stay away from public transport though!!!
Have fun at the salt flats and look out for my flamingos!
Natalie
hit by a bus? hit by a BUS! Pete! glad things are going well aside from that, best of luck with the travelling south, talk to you soon xxxxxx
Mum&dad
Just read your latest journal. So you are off to the salt plains tonight. Hope you have a good journey. 16 hours on a bus sounds wonderful!!!!! Hope it isn't like the one you got back from Tiahuanacu or the jeep you read about in another journal. The trip should be worthwhile to see those geological sights and features and something to remember. Enjoy and keep safe. XX

Hi Peter,
This is from cousin Anne in Hong Kong. Just that you might like to know that your blog has gone well and truely international! Have really enjoyed reading your journal and seeing the photos. South American has also been in my top places to go in the world so am so jealous that you're there. It looks amazing! Oh well, maybe after I've conquered the whole of Asia first!
Have a fabulous trip and keep safe
Anne
PS I'm definately in agreement with James on the whole thing of bags being carried up the Trail!! You Milton Keynes lads are so soft!
Pete
Haha. Very funny bro. We were two of only four out of a group of 12 that carried our bags for the first and last days (and that was hard work enough!) It was pretty awesome stuff doing the trail though!
Hopefully I´ll write some more to keep you occupied at work. Hope all is well with everyone. The folks tell me that my little neice is gaining weight gradually so that´s good news. Hope Tyler is behaving himself! I´m sure I´ll have lots of Inca stories to tell when I get back!
