Today we got up early (its going to be like that every day now on in NZ... wohoooo!!!) and set off to Picton where we would catch the ferry to Wellington. We managed a couple of stops on the way:

1) A seal colony.... saw some really cute baby seals!
2) A waterfall... can't remeber its name but it was around 30m high and was very pretty!

Had a quick walk into Picton but there wasn't alot there and then spent 3.5 hours on the ferry to Wellington. The views off the ferry where really lovely! Checked into our hostel where the top bunk was about 3m off the ground.. very high and scary!!! Then had a Malasian dinner with the other people who caught the Stray bus that day! It was lovely and cheap!
