We ate dinner on rugs that lay on the sand and we saw a Arabian dressage horse that put on a show prancing around the desert!

From the sphinx we all rhode camels to alarge tent and we had a traditional dinner.

The pyramid on the left is actually the tallest but it dues not look like it in this picture. It is called the Great pyramid. The tomb has never been found where Cheops is buried. It took 20 years to build it and 2,000 man working on it. Workers were not slaves but which was Believed by many people some time ago. They were actually loyal to the Pharaoh and they the side of the great pyramid is the sphinx which had a body of a Lion and the head of a man.

Today we went to Cairo, Egypt. We went to the Egyptian history Museum and saw mummies from thousands of years ago.The mummies were mumitized by taking all the stuff out like the heart, liver,ect. They can not use the brain because it is only a part of life. We also saw King Tutakamans mask which was was made out of gold.
