all is well with your house though i do feel that your nieghbours are being quite unreasonable.
Guy and the troops at nurstead say hello, but they are on holiday at the moment, which is why i've got horses, sheep & dogs in your back garden.
its getting cold here and i have even let sarah put the heating on, briefly. Living in an air conditioned/cold house all your life does not make one especially accustomed to living in a warmer climate, i hope you are coping.
