We e-mailed at the weekend to say many thanks for your postcard from New Zealand,(also sent a couple of e mails earlier in your travels) but not sure if you received ithem. So here's another message to say thanks very much for the splendid card, and how much we're enjoying reading your blogs and seeing all your fantastic pics - loved the ski-ing, what a contrast to all the sunshine you've been having. And what wonderful sights you've seen.

Shame you missed Dad's party for his big birthday but you must have been there in spirit - and perhaps Rupe and Olivia will do a repeat performance for you when you get home. It sounded fun despite the rain.

Hope to see you and Matt soon and hear all about your exciting travels - wonder if you got to Lake Tahoe when you were in California - it's a mini lakeside Vegas, which M. loved when she was there some 30 years ago.

Sounds like you're having a great time in the US now. I loved Vegas too, I must admit it is better when you can gamble and drink for free!!

When do you guys get back to the UK, are you gonna make it for the Bath hockey tournament? If so, it myStag weekend too. Hope you can make it!

Enjoy the rest of your travels, it's been good to hear about it. Reminds me of when I went round the world.

The pics are great and you look to be having such a grand time - despite the odd chicken mishap etc! Can't quite believe you will be back in only a few weeks and seeing us all at Ross. Hi Darlings Just to let you know we had a grand pary here last night for Pop's 50th!! We missed you both dreafully but you were with us in spirit! Quite honestly you were best where you were though, as the weather here was filthy and no way could we pic-nic outside which had been my plan. Anyway, your darling sis, Tottie, and Rupe did a wonderful drum duet much to Pop's huge surprise and delight!! Off to Odds Farm for our nursery trip tomorrow - come rain or shine!! It was really good to speak on the phone to check for sure that Matt was none the worse after the chicken incident! It must have been pretty scary for Tots. Matt, you are so lucky! It all looks absolutely amazing...! And the bungee is mad! What are those bucket drinks you had in Thailand too? Elliot has just been travelling, and he mentioned the whisky, red bull and coke bucket drinks...is that what they are?! The surf school looks so immense, and all the safari was beautiful! Im hoping to go after Uni so you will have to give me loads of tips! Hope you're both well and still having fun (sounds like it!) take care, miss you xxxx

Great blog chaps...The goat rodeo was clearly a highlight., but Tots face holding small croc was pretty good too. Too much detail on the bungee though, glad we didn't see those before, but we are very glad that socks did not slip through red things! Love the shots on the beach too, looks like you are having a pretty amazing time. What happened to Matt's hair though?? Obviously shrunk in the rain. Or was it the cold water...
