Arrived in Noosa on Friday and headed straight to the beach which we had missed in Brisbane. Noosa is lovely. Like a posh Byron. It is apparently known as the OC of Australia. Lots of small exclusive shops and restaurants. The beach is gorgeous (but very busy) and the sea is much calmer than we have seen so far. Our hostel was really nice with a good party atosphere. We met up with the guys we had met on the Surfers pub crawl who are lovely. Ended up playing drin...

My God were we ever glad to leave a place! It is safe to say that Brisbane is our least favourite place we have been to so far! So dull!!! It is meant to be the arts capital of OZ and although there were a few cute little sculptures and interesting buildings - it wasnt that great. Basically a rubbish Sydney. G'day mate! We are now in Queensland and heading up the Gold Coast of Oz. Cant believe how quickly time is flying. We are now over a quarter of the way through our trip - depression!
