Well this is the last day. We have been in palma these last few days and have had a lovely time. We have met a lovely couple, Geordies, and have had a few beers!! Today we have walked to the cathedral. We may not have achieved what we set out to do but mallorca has surprised us in every corner and in every way it is a lovely place. We will be putting all photos on the blog and are hoping to return in may next year. So to all hasta Luego. Xx

Well here we go again, same walk as yesterday but aiming to get to the top this time. The weather is glorious and just maybe a bit hot for walking. Still at least the first hour is under shade from the trees. We made better time than yesterday even though it is hard going because of the loose stones underfoot. Well here we are in lluc monastery! The local transport was tedious and at one point Tony had an altrication with a German. We arrived from Inca in a taxi but gave the moans and groans of hikers having walked it! Something's will never change. Just having a beer though this will finish at 9.30!! Menu looks lovely and may well have suckling pig as have heard it is a speciality. Can't believe they have a swimming pool seems to be closed at this time maybe tomorrow....

Hello peeps Today we have done dragonera island and once again it has been extra ordinarily hot! We were lucky because last night we met a lovely couple from Denmark and had rather a late night. After a fantastic nights sleep we decided to go to dragon island. As seen. We walked to the lighthouse and saw La Trappa on theMallorcan side where we would have hiked passed. We realise once again how much water we would have had to carry if we had carried on as on this island walk we drank 1.5 litres each.
