Tom's Global Adventure
Hi everyone I\'v finished my week in Cape Town now and it\'s been brilliant. Just hope the rest of my trips as good after this week. On Tuesday I went on a open top bus tour arout the city bowl area which was interesting, it took us all the way through the centre and along the Atlantic coast past amazing beaches and bays as you will see when I put the photo\'s on.
Today I travelled down to the Cape of good hope which was the best tour of the holiday so far. We drove past an area called the boulders where I saw African Penguin and loads of wild Baboons which will chase you if you have any food on you. They chewed half the bike seat of one of the people bikes that were travelling with me!
We then stopped at Buffels Bay for lunch before cycling down to Cape Point. I walked an extra bit so that I could get to the very edge of the cliff where an old light beacon was that used to guide that ships travelling round from India before a clear path was known to sail around Africa. The whole day was wicked though and I was exhaustes at the end! I\'l let you know how the safari goes next week.
Tom
