Tom's Global Adventure
Just got back from doing my first ever bungy jump today and it was amazing!!
It was small compared to the one I'm going to do in New Zealand but it was a good warm up because I know I'm able to do it now.
The one I did today was in the middle of the rainforest and was 47 meters high which is still massive and when I got to the edge I felt so dizzy! I didn't think about it though and just threw my self off the platform straight away and got dunked in the river bellow which was cool.
When I download the pics you'll see how high that is but the one in Queenstown is about 145 meters so three times as big! It's the best adrenaline rush though when you jump off, I loved it so think I'm going try the skydive next and see how that is.
Leaving Cairns early tomorrow morning and going to mission beach which I'm really looking forward to.
Booked up two days sailing around the Whitsunday Islands now and a three day camping and 4x4 jeep adventure around Fraser Island as well now which both look quality.
I'll let you know how I get on and I'll have loads of photo's to put on to.
