RicoandSoph One word... Jammy!!! You guys lucked out big time on the Inca trek. Sounds like a pretty cool way to travel... Your own chef, 6 porters and a 'toilet tent' you said?! We might try that way of travel, not sure our budget will last out very long though. X
re: Days 59-70: Life on the edge - Inca styleRosemary Fantastic account of your Inca Trail journey, what an accomplishment and done with such panache and the help of your attendants!
re: Days 59-70: Life on the edge - Inca styleRosemary I've read it now, okay. Very readable Anna, sounds like 'borders' are going to be your least favourite part of the adventure.
re: Days 30-36 Deepest Darkest Peru...The Best Man That look's right up my street young Tom, good man!! To be honest I would much rather be working on Alton high street but as long as you are both enjoying yourselves!x
re: photo from 03 October 2011Rosemary Davies Well Mrs Hughes, you do make one feel that one has missed out somewhere, not ever having been to South America. Perhaps it will have to go on our 'to do' list. Can't wait for the next instalment!
re: Days 6-9 Goodbye Brazil, Hello Argentina!Rosemary Davies Very descriptive Tom, I could almost visualise your experiences and journey.
re: Days 3-5 Onwards and inwards…Strongy Sounds like you're having a splendid time, but your adventures are nothing compared to mine... this week I went to a conference organised by the Tax Incentivised Savings Association. Absolutely incredible... love you x
