Just back from a very easygoing day wandering around the city of Adelaide. Went and had a look at the Opal mines and the botanic gardens. we can walk around the whole of Adelaide in about an hour so its really a very small city. Came across a "Hornibrook" builders sign on our travels so Vicks was very impressed. Had to restrain Mark from buying transformers toys in Toys'r'Us.... went on the free city bus around Adelaide today. Its a pretty small city and seems very nice. Nothing like the hustle and bussle of Sydney, its much more quiet and calm, which probably suits all of us after a crazy week in Sydney. Caqme back to the YHA this evening and cooked dinner, the hostel has amazing facilities for cooking so we decided we may as well eat in when we have the opportunity. Left Sydney this morning after saying goodbye to Des, Rob and Niamh. Flew Jetstar to Adelaide, which all went to plan, and arrived in Adelaide to a cold but sunny city. Our taxi driver from the airport gave us a guided tour on our way to the hostel and we luckily booked a really really super hostel just 10 min walk outside of the city. didnt really do anything for the day/evening as some of us were quite hungover and just put loads of new music onto our iPods f...
