Anna And Tom
We arrived in Bangkok safely. We are staying in an amazing hotel that has cost us 50 squid for 3 nights between us, including breakfast for 3 days and a tour around the Grand Palace! We haven't ventured out yet, but are going now to face the stinking heat!! It's about 100 degrees! whoo! Speak soon x x x

Well, another leg of your journey over - but so much more to come - I can't imagine you'll ever stop talking about it (Tom!). We're looking forward to your next postcard/pictures. It looks so warm and sunny - the clocks went back here on Sat so it's dark by 5 o'clock. Winter draw(er)s on - I'll have to get my knitting needles out!Take care and enjoy your next adventure. We are sad to say that our Oz adventure is nearing an end! We leave for Thailand tomorrow morning (1st November). We went to Ramsey street today!! It was awesome, a lot smaller than expected though! We've got some great photo's!! We are going to the Neighbours night tonight, where Karl Kennedy will be performing with his band, and we will also get to meet Cindy and Boyd! I think it will be the highlight of the trip so far!?! We have had a great time in Melbourne, Janette's place is amazing and she has been really hospitable! She cooked us a lamb roast dinner on Sunday!! And has shown us the sights. Don't worry Mike, you've got a few years to plan your round the world trip!! Hope everyone has a good Halloween and Bonfire night, we smelt a bonfire smell the other night that reminded us of being at home on Guy Fawkes night, then we realised it was a bush fire!! x x x

Hey you crazy kids! Just been checking out your photos from Australia. The pictures are amazing and the landscape is very beautiful but I noticed in one of the picture galleries you are playing snooker on a ROUND table... is nothing sacred for these Aussies?!

Greetings all, Anna has spent many a moment uploading the latest set of pics for you all to enjoy, so go ahead and take a look. Sydney is great but we have had some rather inclement weather here on the east coast for the past week or so, but it beats being in England. In other news Neighbours has just hit dramatic heights over here , I'll put it like ths... a few of the cast you are watching now will not ne with you for long, scrounge the net for more info, I wont spoil it incase you want to wait. Also my old band Battle are continuing to do well, most of you guys know who they are 'cause I've told you, but for those who don't and might be interested check out their website, www.thisisbattle.com their new video and track is very catchy, support new and young music buy purchasing it over the net, details on their website. Hope all is well back in Blighty or wherever you may reside.
tarra ya flamin' galas!

Poor! you guys will be like emperors in india! good to see you're making the effort for the Neighbors tour, surely the entire reason for going around the world in the first place! (my recent unemployed status has its advantages - i actually managed to watch Neighbors and didn't have an f*%$ing clue what was going on, but the appearance of some Neighbors legends such as Lance, Lucy Robinson, Doug Willis and Phil Martin appeased my confusion). What can i say?! at least i haven't resorted to drinking cheap cider for breakfast yet!!! Good to know you're ok, love & kisses xxxxxx Me

Greetings and salutations from Down Under! Anna and I are going to be staying 2 extra days in Australia to give us a chance to see Melbourne. As chance (or the Indian Embassy) would have it, we are spending longer in Sydney than initially planned. This is thanks to the over complicated and laborious process involved in obtaining an Indian tourist visa, but none the less it has cost us about 5 extra days and a visa fee of about 45 quid to get it sorted, poor at best! Anyway we are looking foward to Asia where our stretched funds will make us seem richer than we are. We are going to stay with Anna's relative Janette when we get to Melbourne, and Deborah we will definatly be doing the Neighbours tour, we have been awaiting this tour ever since we got to Oz so can't wait. Hope everyone's well.
Greg
Hey there you two! How are you? You seem to have been in Australia for ages, is that wise?! Got your email Anna, shame you are both out of cash. It shouldn't be too hard to get around though as I have heard some Australians actually accept so-called "mateship" or "being a bonzer mate, mate" instead of hard cash. If they don't, laugh at them and tell them WE won the Ashes!
I'd better go, but chin-up kids! Being broke in Australia, with just a jar of thick Skippy peanut butter to see you through, has got to be better than braving the cold hard rain of the UK on a daily basis. Have a great time and I'll be sure to see you when you get back, bye!!
