After a good lie in, we picked our selves up and headed for some sight seeing. Although Tim was not to keen on visiting caged animals, i had seen Singapore Zoo in tv before we left, and seen that it was praised for it's animal-people interaction. So we went along, and it was amazing. the variety of wildlife was mind blowing. Crocs, lions, giraffe, elephants. Santosa Island. Santosa Island is an emormous man made island just south of Singapore. It has smaller Islands surrounding it. It's a beautiful place to go. They have many attractions for tourist. like the Dolphin Lagoon, Or underworld. Apart from paying for attractions we spent a couple of hours catching rays next to their perfectly formed man-made beach. And just as a novelty they have the 'furthest most sourthernest point of asia' under their belt.

1st day and on our way to paradise, well just not working for a whole 356days seems paradise for us, especially after the hours we worked before coming away. the plane journey was good. got plenty of sleep on the plane. Today is a day to sleep though, we may of got some sleep but we missed a night, we left in day light and have arrived a day later in day light. first trip out was a brief one to get noodles and tuna for tea. and then more sleep!!!!!

Arriving in Singapore, the heat and humidity hits you, and takes your breath away. While in singapore we visited Sentosa Island, Singapore Zoo, and the night Safari. We also saw one of my old school terachers. Small world hey? From Singapore we travelled up to KL in Malaysia by bus, about a 8 hour journey.
