Hey, well funnily enough, im now back in Washington, having been to Boston for the day. Got an overnight train last night back down here, slept all of about 3 minutes i think, so pretty tired, but nothing a cup of coffee cant cure! Its 7AM here as i write this, so if im honest, im just killing time before everything opens here, but also, as its raining...yes raining... im trying to stall the idea of going out into it as much as possible as i lost my waterproof on...

Hey, made it to the us ok, was a long trip making it though, a very long trip. Nearly 30 hours all in all, but it didnt stop us going to a bar downtown as soon as we could! already met some crazy "southern girls" who were actually pretty cool once you understood what they were saying. only stayed in NY for the day as the next day we went to get our rail passes, and travelled down to Philli, where it absolutely chucked it down literally all day.
