"The road is long and in the end the journey is the destination"

After near on 11 glorious years of being old enough to travel parentless, individual, alone, after 11 years of journeying via a bus with friends because my parents didn't trust me to get to a destination such as 'school' by myself. After sitting next to a friend and still managing to book the wrong flight, after traveling to University across the Ocean. I Charli Millions, 24 year old and bonafide young female adult will now be partaking in a three month travel expedition with my fellow geographically impaired adult friend Sarah.

Ok so what's the problem there? Well here's the thing since I was roughly five no one has once told me 'Charlotte you have such a great sense of direction', rather the opposite in fact. I have been lost not only in Notcutts but in Pisa, Pheonix airport, Wales, you name a place and I have probably at some point in my life been completely and utterly directionless there. And yet for some reason me and said friend even with these geographical forewarnings decided to travel some of the world, leave our jobs for a time and go follow the examples set by other young trendsetters today to go find ourselves, the big wide world and perhaps some adventures while we're at it.

This blog is to catalogue the highs and the lows, the tears and the tantrums, the mountains and the cities, the hostels and the backroads, the airmiles and the oceans...
