Hello, i know long time no write, infact over a month now, oops, oh well here goes....
So the bus journey to Coffs Harbour took 10 hours, i should have known this would be a bad one. First of all they put on a DVD but it breaks after 10 minutes, then the rain starts. It rains for the whole journey and about an hour from Coffs the bus starts leaking. There is water coming in through the ceiling. Kate Manages to move seats but i had to stay there and every time the bus goes round a corner it sprays water down my leg! The people behind us had an umbrella up!!
We get to Coffs and arrive at our hostel only to find that we have made the booking for December not January! Thankfully they phone another hostel for us and they have space. We even got a better room and location than we would have had before!
Coffs has an amazing sandy beach but unfortunatly to get to the main town you have to walk along it and it takes an hour! There is also a river which cuts through the beach which you have to wade through!
Its weird because the town is surrounded by mountains and all you ever see are eerie clouds hanging over them! Also the weather here is so changable, one minute boiling hot, the next pouring with rain!
