Days 488-491, 13-16 Oct '15, Paphos Mosaics, Tombs, Noffee & Nuts Finally recovered from Nicosia, we made Thursday 15th Oct "Paphos Day". Days 484-487, 9-12 Oct '15, Recovery day from Larnaca day trip... immediately followed by massive, huge, crazy day trip to Nicosia/Lefkosia. Saturday 10 October was (apparently) World Tourism Day. So well publicised that we only knew about it because of a leaflet we found at the Larnaca info centre. Days 479-483, 4-8 Oct '15, Larnaca Day Trip and Self-Guided Walking Tour. This is our first trip to Cyprus, and whilst our village is charming, rustic and very quiet and the pool is fab, we finally recovered from our Athens sight-seeing overload today and pointed the 4WD beast towards Larnaca for a day trip. Days 474-478, 29 Sept-3 Oct '15, Maroni (Larnaca Region), Republic of Cyprus (the Greek part not the Turkish part!) We arrived late on Monday night and didn't see any of Cyprus until Tuesday when we headed out for an orientation of the area with our new owner. Phew! Day 473, 28 Sept '15, Athens Central Market, Birkenstocks, Feast, Airport... Bags lost, bags found and off home... to Cyprus!
