We went to Coogee beach early to meet Mets at Titan Fitness. We went for a little cardio walk before Kris had to meet Mets for a meeting with Mets's staff. I did a shoulder workout in meantime in the gym. We had lunch in a good place next to our hotel and then I had to work while Kris trained with Mets. As soon as I was done we headed down to Sydney harbour to go to the outdoor cinema by the Opera house. Unfortunatley it was fully booked and the last tickets to buy at the gate was gone. They told us to come back in 2 hours in case some one didn't show up so we could have those seats. We decided to hang around in the Botanical garden watching the animals, flowers and trees. The view to the Harbour bridge and the Opera house was amazing. We were sat at the grass eating our food and people watching. Kris went to the toilet while I was taking photos of a friendly big bird just next to me. All of a sudden Kris comes running to me and told me to pack up and come with him. Without even questioning him I packed up and ran after him. We stopped at the toilets and he told me to look in the Men's toilet. I asked him if he was crazy but did as he told me to. I saw a huge animal on the side by the door. It was a Possum. It had big eyes, big claws and a big tail. He was so funny. We gave him some of our food and he was so happy. Little did he know that he was eating kangaroo and rice. After feeding him we went down to the cinema again to look around before it was time to go to the gate again. We walked up to the cliffs where Arnold Schwarznegger had posed for photos many years ago. I took some photos of Kris there but he was not wearing posing trunks.
It was now time to go and check for tickets so we hurried up back to the gate. They had us wait in line with our numbers we been given before. All of sudden when we nearly had runout of hope a woman came up and asked if we wanted to buy some tickets of her since her friends were not coming. We did not hesitate a minute. They cost us 30 aus dollars and they werre worth it. We went to find a seat which was hard since they were not numbered and ended up on the outdoor deck of the restaurant which was a perfect place to sit to watch the screen. Kris went to buy some drinks and we enjoyed the beautiful view over the harbour while waiting for the movie to start. As soon as it was dark enough they started to rise the Screen that was folded just above the water surface. The screen was huge and really sharp picture quality. The movie we watched was The King's speach. This was a great movie and a great night!
