Just a quick blog to say that we are at Portugal, just North of a place called Nazare. Campsite is abit disappointing so we are moving on tomorrow to Evora- famous for its bone Chapel. So today we have visited Tomar- which is home to the Convento de Christo- Convent of Chirst. It's a UNESCO- world heritage site. And one of the homes of the Knights Templar- which if you know me (Karen) you'll know that this is a subject of interest to me. Anyway wont go into too much detail but the place was absolutely stunning and exactly how I imagined it (based upon everything I have read). Dad you would have loved it too- so much history and so many different time periods in one building. Martin and I were there a good few hours- which for us is pretty ground breaking! I loved this building more than the Vatican and felt very touched and overwhelmed with how spectacular it was- the pictures really don't do it justice. Anyway- we've added the pictures- both of us our fine- looking forward to moving on to a different area. Ohh we have purchased Bullfight tickets- we are going to a little place on the outskirts of Granada on the 27th July 2008- the tickets should hopefully be at our campsite when we arrive on the 25th. We are both really looking forward to it.
Hope everyone is ok- will update again soon.
