Hi all, Today we head to Shanghai - we have had a wonderful time Yangshou. Yesterday we went bike riding in the country side, climbed up on of the kast hills called Moon Hill, went to a local farmers house for lunch and then in the evening went to watch comerant fishing. China has exceeded our expectations! Must fly as we are off to a Chinese cooking school this morning to learn how to cook some local foods. XB&G

Hi All, We are now in Xian, having taken the overnight train Beijing. We were in the "soft sleeper" carriage - which was very comfortable - if not a little cramped. 4 in a room, (bunk beds) but LUCKILY there was a western toilet on our carriage.
