The whole fam damnly were up by 3am to head on out to LAX for a 6:30 flight to J"FK. On the ride out we saw something few will every see... the 405 Northbound was EMPTY! Finally home after a long day on the road after a long night in Vegas. Came home to find a citation on the door because a neighbor complained to the police about the dogs barking while we were gone AND Southern California Edison wants to charge $75 plus $10 a month to opt out of the radioactive meter program. So much for the "lingering feeling of vacation."

On our way back. Left Zion this afternoon and headed back to Las Vegas. Met up with Nana and Grandpa for a quick visit and dinner. They were nice enough to get us a room at Harrah's. We decided to venture out to the strip and started with The Forum Shops. Caston had never been and Logan was afraid of the robot statues.
