Hi Everyone, haven't updated in a while as it has been a little difficult to find a decent web cafe! SO....... we made it to Brisbane, our last leg of our coach journey down from Cairns. We spent a couple of days there and then decided that we wanted some more beach and sunshine! We made a decision to hire a car, and drive a couple of hours south, down the coast to Byron Bay, and we are glad that we did! It is exactly the place that Kate had been looking for all holiday!

Its a lovely place, with beaches, good shops and some slightly better weather! We have been here for a few days now and unfortunatly, its almost time to head back to Brisbane again. We will get there on Tuesday afternoon/evening, the hire car goes back Wednesday morning, and then our big adventure is almost over :-(

We fly home on Friday afternoon, after 5 and a half weeks in the wonderful Australia. It will be strange to be back home again, but we have still got a few days left here, so we are going to enjoy them!!
