SO glad you're enjoying a relaxing time in a beautiful place. Sightseeing is great fun but can be really hectic. A bit of R n R on a tropical island sounds perfect...and tiger cubs too!!!
Take lots of photos. Tiger cubs are high on my list of animals i'd like to touch! (after koalas - if you remember that place in Sydney we went to Issy.)
lots of love to you both,
Alex and Mike

Hope you're having a good time. we are currently busy organising Christmas - Marilyn and Wilf coming over for Xmas Day, but Dad and Dena are staying at home as their family are coming over.
Getting our greyhound on November 2nd. Carlos Sharpin is getting married on October 31st so everyone is going (Jenny and Tommy are staying at Dad's but we will get the kids and then pick up the greyhound that weekend, so it will be busy)
We are organising our annual New Years Eve do, as there will be so many of us again.
Sue and Jenny went to see The Stranglers last night at Southampton (Jennys 2nd time and she is a devout Girl in Black now) They both loved it.
Hope you have fun

Parcel of clothes arrived from HK. Glad to see you're doing well despite the heat and bugs.
We are both well just about to have Sunday lunch with Robert and Jill.

Hello Girls,
The photos are great and it seems that you are handling the trials and tribulations of Asia like old pros...I mean professionals of course. All of this will hold you in good stead for the really tough stuff in Oz. Some poor old bloke, a Vietnam Vet, was snapped up by a crocodile while he was checking his crab pots in Cooktown last week. Fortunately they caught the croc and retrieved him so he had a slap-up funeral with all of his digger mates in attendance. All's well that ends well.
Serious business-No the bundle from Britain has not yet arrived in Sydney. Did you have a expected time of arrival? It is difficult for me to do any follow up from here as I don't know how you sent it, what it contains etc. Can you get someone to check up on its whereabouts from England and/or send me full details so that I can follow up from here?

Hi Trisa nd Issy.
Great to see the pictures and the happy smiling faces - well may be ! Photos are always memories for people who take the photos and can relive the experience encountered in their taking. But it is a small part of the overall picture of the trip - you have the memories of the things we will never see.
The UK is in melt down and as always people are not taking the gravity of the recession that is about to hit us. U are in the bet place, since there is nothing you can do.
The most exciting adventure of the trip is about to unfold with Hong Kong and Singapore. You will feel you are in China town.
Hope you haven;t digged to deep into the swag bag especially with Aus coming up soon.
Keep in touch
P.S. - Mum still in great form albeit a bit confused some time.

Hi Issy and Pat,
Glad to hear you're safe and sound (apart from the mosquitoes) and staying in a lovely place. It was great to see your photos of the amazing places you've been to.
We've seen quite a lot of reports about stuff going on in Thailand and also with the Cambodians, so stay away from large angry crowds!!
Thanks for your e-mail Issy. Nothing very exciting to report here. Will probably speak to Dad tonight.
with love,
Alex and Mike

Hi Tricia, Kevin and I were so pleased to get your text last Saturday. we were alarmed when we heard you were not well. Hope you are keeping up the water intake. Dont take any chances Tish!! Do hope you are much better. Then last night, I just login in and there were you lovely photos, JUST GREAT. It looks as though you are both well accustomed to all these changes by now - so must be thinking, "this is it, this is what we waited such a long time for". Hope you continue to enjoy it and make the most of it, because as soon as you get back you will want to be back there again. We all well, fed up with the weather, one day its like mid-July, another mid winter, freezing! Enjoy the sunshine and get as much as you can. Love to Issy.
Mum, same as usual. She picks up some days - but others she gets very confused. Maureen tells me today she not eating as much, so I am going to take her one of my Shepherds pie tomorrow!!
God Bless and keep you safe. You lucky thing, all that sunshine in Aussie land still to come.
