More learning today!
All of us from ANU and UTas went out to dinner at a more traditional restaurant last night and then got ice cream - we're a good bunch, we all share interests, some are different but there's a lot of cross over. It was fun wondering the city, chatting and getting to know everyone. I hadn't realised but I hadn't had a proper conversation with someone in over a week since I was travelling and was typing all my conversations. It's nice!
The class is very much based on argiculture, and takes up about 7-8 hours of the day, it can get tedious but tomorrow we have a field trip to the alpine Mt Tsukuba which I'm looking forward to! There's also non-profit cafeterias with all kinds of food for so, so, so cheap. Like, I got a full bowl of buckwheat noodles with 2 eggs and 2 huge slabs of tempura fish all in miso soup for 390 yen today?! Crazy!
It's nice being back in a routine, and unpacking some of my stuff. The humidity is bothersome though, last night I got my ice cream out of its packet and it started steaming. Too much humid! But it's also raining. I would like the nice, dry sun please! Not too much to report from today, we're going to dinner today again with people so that'll be nice! We get back at 9ish and then there's time for a shower, some reaing and bed -I like it!
Until tomorrow
