First morning in Ho Chi Minh City !! We are staying at the Movenpick Hotel ... It is very elegant ! Breakfast was good then we headed to our tours for the day.. It was really early, because we had a long way to go.. but we ended up at the clothing factory for Target. It was a very interesting experience. We got to go through the factory from the time the materials are being stored until they are on hangers and ready to be shipped " To a store near YOU" lol but it was really great and we got to take pictures inside also. We ate a factory cafeteria meal as well .. it was ..umm.... traditional, I will say the least but not as bad as I expected. Next, we headed to the furniture factory for Target and IKEA!!! It was pretty much like the clothing factory but it was so much building going on. The workers were really nice and showed us how everything worked from beginning to end. It was a really long day, but after all the touring my group headed to Lotteria ( Vietnam's McDonalds ) We had to do our group assignment. It was a nice restaurant but very different from average fast food. The day was tiring so I went to sleep kinda early.
