Day 6

Today I'm deciding to spend the day exploring the food that Vietnam has to offer. At breakfast I had chicken wrapped in rice with mixed vegetables. Finally its time lunch today I had Hanoi-Style Tuna Patty Salad. To me the name says it all warm and came out quickly. 5 hours later it's dinner time I will have Spareribs Cantonese they said it would be about two and a half hours, but I said to myself "if it takes that long it will be good". I was every bit correct then I said, "Desert". I asked and I choose Vietnamese Shrimp Pops with peanut sauce it was delicious. After a great day I learned two things one is Vietnam is very Asian when it comes to food and I will come back for this great food.
