The majority of the day was spent on the bus getting to Mendoza. We arrived in the afternoon and settled into our hostel. We decided to book a horseriding tour for the next day. Whilst we had wondered around a little to look at different tour agencies we found an amazing patisserie and ending up buying a massive meringue filled with caramel to take back to the hostel and share. The hostel had a free wine hour at 7pm where you could drink as much red wine as you wanted so we sat round a table with a big group of people staying at the hostel. They were all really friendly. We then ended up going for a late dinner to a restaurant across the road. People in Mendoza don't normally go out for dinner til 11pm but by 10pm we were starving. The food was very disappointing though, with Eddy's four cheese ravioli tasting of nothing. A large glass of red wine was the same price as a coca cola so we opted for the wine! When we got back to the hostel we chatted a little more and then headed to bed.
