Sunday roast. Beef, roast spuds, carrots, peas, broccoli, onion stuffing balls, gravy and of course- a Yorkshire pudding. A mere $10 including a drink... Not a bad deal at all! I managed to catch the train and then the tube to the city today- I bought a sandwich and a flat white from a Frenchman and then sat in Trafalgar Square to enjoy my lunch. I do love London, it's so old- yet so fresh still... I love the icons and the big double decker buses. I think I shall come again!!

I think it is still Saturday! I made it to London by 7am yesterday morning and after about 2 hours of border checks, luggage grabs, money changing and finding the bus station I was on my way to St Albans to meet my pal Marion! 36 mins left of my 13hr flight leg from Singapore. It hasn't been too bad, I have a spare seat next to me and the A380 Airbus is pretty roomy, even for economy.
